Employee Referral
Program American
Pacific Homes (APH) believes its own employees often can
identify qualified candidates for open Exempt positions and
encourages employees to refer candidates for job vacancies. To
reward employees for referring qualified candidates who
subsequently are hired, APH pays a cash bonus for each
successful referral made in accordance with the following:
1. Eligible positions are only those
that have been classified as Exempt. 2.
A cash bonus (equals to 20% of the first-month salary of the
worker referred) will be paid to the Referring Employee who
makes a successful referral. 3. The Referral Employee is
responsible for forwarding an up-to-date resume of the
candidate to Personnel Department. The job vacancy that the
candidate is applying must be clearly indicated. 4.
Details and questions regarding this program, including
obtaining Employee Referral Form, must be addressed to
Personnel Department.
Currently, all the
positions listed on Career Opportunity page are open for referral.
